We arrived in Biarritz in the early evening and headed to the foreshore of an area well known for it's surf. The waves weren't that great so we made our way to the local cafe / restaurant for a drink.
Before having a chance to order, Helena was accosted by a 'local' who then told her she looked like Brittany Spear !!! (we laughed and thought he was obviously blind!) he then suggested she was more like Kate Middleton (he was clearly blind and obviously drunk !!) before offering a French kiss and then proceeding to describe quite clearly what he wanted to do to Madame Smith later that evening. Not too many laughs at this point.
Oh la la - time to go. .........................
